- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for reputed company and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand role requirements and provide suitable candidates
- Track and document sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system
Skills
- Experience in recruiting or sourcing, preferably in a contractor role
- Proficiency in using job boards, social media, and networking for candidate sourcing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience in government-specific sourcing
- Knowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices
