The role involves serving as the Project Business reputed company for the Pharmacy F6 / NCPDP upgrade, coordinating across multiple Business Analysts to deliver high-quality system solutions that improve outcomes for Medicaid members and providers.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of business analysis leadership on a large, cross-functional modernization effort supporting pharmacy claims processing standards
• Serve as the reputed company Business Analyst and Project Business reputed company (BL) for the D.0 to F6 NCPDP upgrade initiative
• reputed company the full lifecycle management of structured solution changes across the BA team, assigning ownership, guiding development, and ensuring each item meets standards for documentation, coordination, traceability, and progression through approval, implementation, and closure
• Act as a primary liaison to Client, partnering with the Project Manager as a co-face of the project to reputed company requirements and design discussions
• reputed company and facilitate requirements workshops, design sessions, and solution walkthroughs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and reputed company
• Ensure end-to-end solution reputed company by aligning requirements, technical design, operational impacts, and validating feasibility in partnership with the Technical reputed company
• Coordinate with the Test reputed company and testing team to ensure alignment of test scenarios and test cases, validate coverage across functional areas, and support defect triage during SIT/UAT
• Enforce quality assurance standards across reputed company BA deliverables, including final review, traceability validation, and readiness for PMO, Sponsor, and Client review
• Maintain project coordination and communication activities, including capturing and distributing meeting minutes, tracking status of work items, and providing regular updates to Project Managers and other stakeholders
• Support the Project Manager in BA team resourcing, SME engagement, scheduling, and workload balancing
• Coach and mentor BA team members, promoting consistency, accountability, and adherence to standards

Skills

• Nine or more years of experience as a Business Analyst or requirements reputed company, with demonstrated ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting Medicaid or healthcare system implementations (required)
• Strongly preferred: Experience with NCPDP standards (e.g., D.0, F6) and pharmacy transaction processing, with exposure to reputed company functional areas such as EDI, claims adjudication, coordination of benefits (TPL/subrogation), prior authorization, or benefit/rules configuration
• Demonstrated experience leading Business Analyst teams and coordinating across cross-functional business, technical, and operational teams on large, reputed company IT projects
• Proven ability to reputed company requirements elicitation, design coordination, and delivery of reputed company system solutions
• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation and writing, SDLC/PLC processes, and alignment of requirements to testing and validation activities
• Ability to drive quality, consistency, and accountability across multiple contributors and deliverables
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to reputed company client-facing discussions and influence outcomes
• Serve as the designated Project Business reputed company on a high-visibility pharmacy transaction modernization initiative
