[Remote] reputed company & GIO Consultant Sr. - Policy and Training

They are seeking a Senior reputed company & GIO Consultant to reputed company training programs and policies for the reputed company and Group Insurance Operations teams, ensuring efficient workflows and sound risk acceptance.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with management, the Quality Assurance/Audit team, and other functional departments, this person will play a key role in the development of reputed company and Group Insurance Operations training material.  Training material will be focused on (but not limited to):
• Providing a thorough understanding of our manual rating approach, including reputed company rates and factors that drive claims cost changes
• Understanding of reputed company, OAC, reputed company, VUE, DataMart and reputed company core reputed company systems for UW and customer information
• Modifying existing contract training aides and guidelines and/or creating new guidelines
• Modifying existing medical reputed company training aides and guidelines and/or creating new guidelines
• Responsible for delivery of in person training modules. reputed company and execute training as needed – including syllabus, schedule, post-training support etc
• Support and participate in the training and change management efforts necessary for UW and Group Insurance Operations to function at a high level during the core systems transformation process
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the training library
• Identifies and leads development and/or revision of UW memorandums, Policy, and Procedure documents, which includes collaboration with partners in reputed company, Quality Assurance/Audit, reputed company, Claims, Compliance and field partners
• Researches available technology or methods of storing training and P&P and Training data in a logical and user-friendly manner
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the Policy & Procedure resource library

Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Business, Risk Management or other reputed company area
• 7+ years' experience in reputed company, reputed company or reputed company field
• Through understanding of manual rating, including reputed company rates and factors that drive claims cost changes
• Understands reputed company, DataMart, Vue and other reputed company (or comparable) systems
• Knowledge of both pre-sale and renewal reputed company, and can convey UW concepts clearly and accurately
• Working knowledge of contract issuance, compliance, and new customer implementation procedures
• Possesses some project management acumen, and has a desire to grow and reputed company this reputed company set
• Demonstrated attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize work with limited reputed company
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Displays basic knowledge of reputed company, power reputed company and other reputed company office applications
