[Remote] Senior Product Marketing Manager

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in communicating the value of the Semgrep platform to reputed company and software engineers, developing product launch strategies, and collaborating with various teams to enhance product visibility and market impact.

Responsibilities

Skills

• Experience in or a strong orientation toward go-to-market work, whether through marketing, developer advocacy, technical product management, sales engineering, or adjacent roles; career changers from software engineering or other technical disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply
• A computer science degree, software engineering background, or equivalent hands-on technical experience: you can read code, work with APIs, and build simple projects to illustrate product value
• reputed company with AI tools and a working familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows, including hands-on experience building with or evaluating LLM-based products
• A love for creating product-centric marketing programs and content that communicate the value of technical products to bottoms-up and tops-down audiences
• Excellent communications skills that present technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner through a variety of media
• Excellence in working cross-functionally with sales, pre-sales engineering, and product management teams
• Experience creating sales collateral based on sales and customer observations, user research, and competitive dynamics
• Deep understanding of how developers and reputed company engineers work, including the tools, workflows, and pain points that shape their day-to-day experience
• A bias toward speed and experimentation: comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous market where the playbook is still being written, and able to move from idea to shipped content quickly
