This role will focus on designing and optimizing user engagement experiences across mobile and web platforms, with an emphasis on notifications, growth, retention, and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize user engagement experiences across mobile and web platforms
- Improve activation, retention, and engagement through thoughtful UX and interaction design
- Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company and test new experiences
- Use data and experimentation to inform design decisions
- Contribute to both enhancements of existing user journeys and new feature development
Skills
- 3-5 years of Product Design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing products
- Expert-level reputed company skills
- Strong visual, UX, and interaction design capabilities
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Research teams
- Ability to demonstrate measurable impact through design work
- Growth, engagement, retention, or lifecycle product experience
- Notification or messaging product experience
- A/B testing and experimentation experience
- Experience designing for large-scale consumer applications
- Background in social media, mobile apps, or consumer technology products
