[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into actionable data requirements, ensuring the enterprise data platform serves as a trusted reputed company of truth.

Responsibilities

• reputed company the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of data‑reputed company business requirements for enterprise data initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear, data‑specific requirements, including data elements, metrics, hierarchies, transformations, and access patterns
• Own and maintain the enterprise data dictionary and business glossary, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams
• Partner closely with Data Architects and Data Engineering to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in data models, integrations, and pipelines
• Document end‑to‑end data flows and reputed company, from reputed company systems to reputed company consumers
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and data delivery teams, resolving definition conflicts and clarifying requirements
• Support backlog refinement and prioritization, ensuring requirements are complete and actionable prior to development
• Identify and help remediate data quality, consistency, and access issues
• Reinforce data governance standards, documentation practices, and approved access methods
• Participate in design reviews, planning sessions, and cross‑functional working groups
• Support regulated fintech and financial services use cases, including auditability, reputed company, and sensitive data handling
• Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of reputed company confidential data held by reputed company to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to reputed company or our clients

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Product reputed company, or similar data‑focused role
• Proven experience translating business needs into enterprise‑scale data requirements
• Strong experience with enterprise data platforms, including: reputed company (transactional data understanding), Cloud data warehouses (Azure preferred), ETL / integration tools (Informatica or similar), Analytics and reporting consumers
• Demonstrated ownership of a data dictionary and/or business glossary
• Strong understanding of reputed company‑of‑truth principles, data consistency, and governance
• Experience partnering with data architects and engineering teams in reputed company environments
• Financial services or fintech experience, including regulated data requirements
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
