[Remote] Sales Development Manager

The Sales Development Manager is responsible for growing software sales by winning new business and expanding existing customer accounts, while building strong relationships and collaborating with internal teams to support reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to reputed company
- reputed company new business and grow existing customer accounts
- Build strong relationships with senior and C-level stakeholders
- Create and execute territory and account plans
- reputed company discovery sessions, presentations, and proposal discussions
- Work closely with internal teams to support the sales process
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and reputed company forecasts
- Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
- reputed company monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Support regional go-to-market and sales strategy activities
Skills
- Experience in enterprise software sales or a similar reputed company B2B environment
- Proven success in managing full sales cycles and meeting sales targets
- Strong skills in presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management
- Experience selling to senior leaders and large organisations
- Ability to identify growth opportunities reputed company accounts and territories
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage reputed company sales discussions with business and technical audiences
- Good understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Business-level English required
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in packaging, print, corrugated, ERP, MIS, or MES software is a plus
