[Remote] HR Administrative Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company. is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant that wants to join their initiative of improving lives through relations by connecting people to solutions. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the People and Culture department, handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and assisting with HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update associate records in HRIS, internal trackers, and personnel files
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- reputed company new associates by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions
- Ensure compliance with both Federal and State employment laws through internal audits
- Assist with conducting associate and manager training on HR policies and systems
- Assist with associate benefit enrollments, changes, and questions
- Support associate engagement initiatives and company events
- Respond to associate questions regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Provide general administrative support to the People and Culture team as needed
- Manage weekly company merchandise shipments, including in-person inventory tracking, packaging, and ensuring timely delivery
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of administrative experience required
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive material with discretion
- Sense of responsibility, customer service, excellence, and versatility
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Must be able to handle multiple reputed company assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver's license required; must have reliable transportation to meet job-reputed company travel requirements
- General knowledge of federal and state legal requirements and human resources practices
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and the use of AI tools to assist with HR-reputed company tasks
