[Remote] Data Movement Engineer(reputed company + Talend)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Data Movement Engineer with strong reputed company and ETL experience to design, optimize, and support enterprise data pipelines. The role involves hands-on development, production support, and data architecture to ensure high data quality, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize reputed company data pipelines, models, and SQL queries
- Support ETL workflows, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Implement CDC, SCD Type 2, and Data Vault / dimensional models
- reputed company root cause analysis for data issues and ensure data accuracy and reputed company
- Manage data quality checks, validations, and reconciliations
- Support production systems (reputed company, DB2, Airflow/ESP)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and support processes
Skills
- 5+ years in data engineering / data warehousing
- Strong reputed company experience (development & data modeling)
- Advanced SQL + scripting (Python / reputed company)
- Experience with ETL tools & orchestration (Airflow, ESP)
- Knowledge of CDC, SCD Type 2, Data Vault / dimensional modeling
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, reputed company/Jira
- reputed company certification
- Experience with enterprise or real‑time data environments
