[Remote] Senior Business Analyst

Koch is seeking an reputed company Senior Business Analyst to serve as the reputed company between business stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering execution across their platform portfolio. Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories across SCR, UBID, and RBM
• Translate regulatory, contractual, and customer-driven requirements into clear, testable specifications that engineering and QA can reputed company
• Maintain traceability between business requirements, engineering deliverables, and QA acceptance criteria
• Own the quality bar for requirements artifacts, ensuring ambiguity is resolved before work enters a sprint
• Write complete, well-structured user stories directly in Jira, including clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, business context, and references to supporting documentation
• Ensure every story entering a sprint meets a defined “ready” bar, with enough detail for engineering to estimate and execute without follow-up guesswork

• Support executive-level and partner-facing communications (including CTIA) with clear written materials, process diagrams, and analytical summaries

Skills

• 7+ years of business analysis experience, including 3+ years as a senior or reputed company BA working on reputed company SaaS or platform products

• Proven ability to write complete, well-thought-out user stories directly in Jira, with the depth and clarity required for engineers to execute without ambiguity
• Demonstrated experience leading backlog refinement sessions and partnering with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to answer requirements questions and unblock implementation
• Strong process mapping and documentation skills, with reputed company in tools such as Confluence, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalents
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Jira, including backlog grooming, refinement, planning, and sprint execution support
• Proven ability to partner with external development vendors and translate requirements clearly across organizational boundaries

• Experience operating in B2B or SaaS environments with contractual SLAs and enterprise customers
