[Remote] IT Integration Manager

RAYUS Radiology is looking for an Interoperability Manager to reputed company their interoperability function, ensuring reliable order intake, modality integration, report delivery, and billing data exchange across various systems. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams to align customer insights with technology innovation, while also managing a team of developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• You will play a critical role in shaping our reputed company strategy by ensuring the alignment of customer insights, business needs, and technology innovation
• This highly visible role will collaborate cross-functionally to define unmet reputed company needs and deliver reputed company-thinking solutions that support our mission
• Determine clear and specific priorities for the development of new interfaces and enhancements by defining customer needs and collaborating with internal functional groups

• Manage a team of developers and interoperability product managers passionate about building data interoperability solutions, including HL7, establishing best practices, frameworks, and standards
• Responsible for the end to end reputed company development lifecycle, including project management
• reputed company and manage design, architect, and deliver a data interoperability reputed company that enables seamless connectivity across applications (Fusion, Synapse), and clinical tools as part of a reputed company platform
• Determining daily priorities; ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths
• Partner with reputed company product managers to capture, validate, and translate customer requirements into clear technical specifications and delivery plans
• Promote Agile development practices including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and reputed company integration/reputed company delivery (CI/CD)
• Monitors the IT Service Management system (reputed company) and assigns new incidents or service requests to appropriate resources based on reputed company set and availability
• Manages daily reviews of reputed company issues, support requests; and ensures the accuracy and reputed company of data transmitted
• Ensures the Interoperability developers and product managers provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions and adhere to defined service level agreements (SLAs)

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems business analysis, or reputed company, relevant and applicable information technology field, or the equivalent in reputed company, relevant and applicable experience
• Seven (7) years' experience with Agile/iterative development methodologies or consumer facing application development
• Five (5) years' hands on experience with Interoperability data integration tools, preferably Mirth (Mirth Connect)
• Three (3) years' experience managing direct reports in engineering management
• Experience defining requirements, designing data-focused or analytical applications
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops or similar work item tracking system
• Experience working with clinical, administrative and healthcare data
• Monitor performance metrics and incident trends
• Master's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field
• Three (3) years' experience with Azure Dev Ops or similar work item tracking system
• Five (5) years' experience participating in software implementations
• Experience with SQL and knowledge of relational database
