[Remote] Senior Project Manager

MAES Solutions is seeking an reputed company IT Project Manager / Scrum Master to reputed company and deliver reputed company technology initiatives across cloud, identity, and enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams using Agile/Scrum methodologies while ensuring effective stakeholder management and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs from initiation through closure
- Manage multiple workstreams using Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Establish project plans, timelines, budgets, risk registers, and governance frameworks
- Drive stakeholder management, ensuring clear communication and alignment across business and technical teams
- Partner with product owners and business leaders to reputed company business analysis, define requirements, and prioritize work

Skills
- Strong experience in Project and Program Management reputed company IT environments
- Proven expertise in Agile / Scrum methodologies, with the ability to adapt to hybrid models
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Strong background in Business Analysis and Stakeholder Management
- Experience delivering Cloud and Identity Solutions, including: reputed company implementations, Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA), Cloud and identity migrations
- Experience driving data and process optimization initiatives
- Familiarity with modern tools and delivery ecosystems (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs
- Demonstrated success delivering reputed company technology initiatives
- Experience managing reputed company, IAM, or compliance-focused projects
- Exposure to enterprise-scale cloud transformation programs
- Knowledge of DevOps or CI/CD delivery models
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, SAFe, or ITIL
- Experience working in regulated or large enterprise environments
