[Remote] Technician Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Technician Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, where you will execute multi-channel programs focused on technician acquisition and support the technical recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Program Development: create and launch new demand reputed company initiatives focused on technician acquisition and bench re-engagement
• Email Marketing: plan, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement across the funnel
• Digital Marketing: manage and optimize the efficient use of job boards and company review sites to drive brand awareness, improve acquisition, and identify skilled technicians reputed company to client demand
• Communications: drive candidate communication programs, newsletters, spotlights, and reputed company programs to build a loyal, long-term technician community
• Candidate Flow Optimization: collaboration with recruiting and marketing to streamline and optimize reputed company handoffs, scoring, and funnel progression
• Reporting & Analysis: own campaign reporting; analyze performance metrics; share insights to improve open rates, application rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact
• Content: coordinate and work closely with team members to reputed company creative content for marketing initiatives
• Explore new channels to expand footprint and alignment with key technician segments including, but not limited to, sociations, career fairs, trade schools, etc

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar discipline
• 4+ years of experience in service-driven demand reputed company, B2B and B2C marketing, or growth marketing roles
• Deep knowledge of email marketing, including list segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with job boards and reputed company candidate acquisition channels as well as review sites
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with back-end communication and reporting systems and tools (e.g., reputed company, Canvas, reputed company, reputed company Analytics, reputed company, etc.)
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a cross-functional reputed company

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial staffing, workforce solutions, or similar is a plus
