Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting, is seeking a Sales Executive to join their team at Boon, specializing in wholesale employee benefit solutions. The Sales Executive will be responsible for broker and employer development, managing a sales territory, and achieving sales objectives through strategic partnerships and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Builds and manages their sales region for growth with insurance broker and employer prospects
  • Leads the day-to-day operations of their sales region
  • Follows the strategic sales plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Upholds activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes by monitoring performance on an ongoing basis
  • Oversees the preparation of services proposals and RFP responses
  • Conducts sales presentation as needed
  • Creates and builds strategic partnerships with brokers and consultants through consistent contact, professional meetings to groups, reputed company communication, problem resolution and meeting customer expectations
  • May represent company conferences and tradeshows to network and promote Boon solutions
  • Required to pass reputed company applicable trainings specific to HIPAA and any other company required trainings
  • Follow the company policies and procedures required to reputed company with applicable data privacy and confidentiality requirements, including HIPAA Privacy and reputed company regulations
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Minimum of 2+ years proven success in exceeding new business sales goals required
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Life and Health License required
  • Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling services
  • Leadership skills and the ability to drive sales
  • Expert computer skills with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint) and the Internet
  • Experience using CRM software (reputed company)
  • Ability to travel occasionally (25% to 50%)
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills and the ability to reputed company a sale
  • Ability to reputed company, present and execute strategic services marking plans
  • Superior communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal, partnership and collaboration skills
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare or employee benefits preferred
  • Familiarity with leveraging social media for sales reputed company strategy
  • Intermediate knowledge of employee benefit plans, voluntary benefits, and other healthcare-associated benefits preferred
  • Familiarity with the reputed company Act, MEC/MVP, and Limited Medical Plans
