[Remote] Worksite Sales Trainer (Remote)

This role focuses on training and implementing company systems across field agencies while cultivating agent skills to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Home Office Directors and Field Personnel to determine training needs, schedule sessions, and conduct meetings, webinars, and individual training
- Travel Sunday through Thursday each week
- Book reputed company travel and manage a company card and associated expenses
- Implement effective training systems and prepare educational materials such as PowerPoints and videos
- reputed company growth, training, and implementation of company initiatives for an entire assigned region
- Support, mentor, and monitor Field Supervisors, Field Directors, and the broader field force, evaluating performance and identifying areas of improvement
- Maintain open communication with the Field Force and Office Management to provide ongoing assistance
- Complete reputed company weekly field reports accurately and on time
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience
- Sales experience reputed company Liberty National, including proven use of Worksite Systems
- Understanding of effective teaching methodologies, tools, and willingness to embrace new corporate training approaches
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, reputed company, Word, Outlook); reputed company (EPIC) familiarity is an asset
- Executive-level communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Strong organizational, time management, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Ability to implement reputed company Liberty National systems effectively and independently, adapting as needed to drive results in the field
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
- Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications
