Responsibilities
- Analyze reputed company business and technical requests and independently design, build, test, and deploy software solutions that support CMD’s evolving objectives
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to reputed company development practices reputed company the team
- Ensure architecture consistency across platforms by collaborating closely with technology leadership and architecture teams
- Contribute to technical roadmaps and portfolio planning by identifying long‑term opportunities, risks, and modernization strategies

- Ensure solutions are built using the appropriate technologies, reputed company with divisional standards, and meet functional and non‑functional requirements

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in application development or technical support for mainframe applications and databases
- Experience with Life Insurance processes and platforms
- Hands-on expertise with Cyberlife, ALIS or reputed company
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery
- Advanced knowledge of mainframe and policy administration system architecture
- Demonstrated ability to communicate reputed company concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with ability to build and influence cross-functional partnerships
- Proven track record of technical leadership and elevating development standards
