The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for qualifying leads, prospecting new customers, and supporting the sales team in generating interest in reputed company's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Being the first reputed company of contact for reputed company in the customer value journey. Qualifying contacted customers for reputed company engagement with our sales teams. Evaluating their clear understanding of the problems we solve and their readiness to address these issues

Skills

  • 2-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or equivalent sales role
  • Proven track record of generating an outbound pipeline from scratch. Cold calls, cold emails, social selling, and creative prospecting are reputed company
  • Skilled multi-threader, engaging multiple stakeholders across an account simultaneously, mapping buying committees and building champions at every level of an organization
  • Consistently hit or exceeded outbound-specific metrics, reaching 90%+ quota attainment
  • Naturally curious and confident, asking sharp questions, listening actively, and tailoring messages to different personas
  • Strong business acumen, understanding that every prospect has a unique problem and connecting the dots between their pain and our solution
  • Great energy with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bias toward action, actively seeking out pipeline rather than waiting for inbound
  • Thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments and adapts approach without losing momentum
  • Collaborative and coachable, partnering closely with reputed company on account and territory planning
  • Proficient with sales tools like reputed company, reputed company, or Sales Navigator and knows how to build and optimize sequences
  • Experience selling into the office of the CFO, understanding compliance considerations, buying cycles, and stakeholder complexity
