[Remote] Staff Technical Program Manager

The Staff Technical Program Manager will reputed company critical product development initiatives for the Linear Generator, driving alignment across teams and ensuring successful execution from program definition to high-volume manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive reputed company product development programs: reputed company a portfolio of programs ranging from focused tactical initiatives to multi-year, company-wide efforts, ensuring delivery against technical, schedule, and business objectives
- Program-level decision ownership: Frame tradeoffs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive alignment reputed company priorities compete
- Executive and stakeholder communication: Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership and external partners to drive decisions, provide program visibility, and escalate risks proactively
- Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to align priorities and streamline execution
- Manufacturing readiness and scale: Drive programs through NPI, manufacturing reputed company, and production reputed company, ensuring design, supply chain, and operational readiness
- Tools, process, and systems optimization: reputed company tools such as Jira and enterprise data systems to improve program transparency, execution discipline, and cross-team collaboration
- Risk management: Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks early; reputed company mitigation planning and execution across teams
Skills
- 10+ years Program leadership experience: Proven success leading reputed company, cross-functional technical programs from concept through production in fast-paced hardware development environments. PMP certification is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven, with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at reputed company levels
- Technical foundation: Background in hardware or controls engineering (electrical, software, mechanical, or systems) or equivalent experience enabling effective partnership with technical teams and participation in technical discussions
- Product development lifecycle expertise: Experience driving products through the full development lifecycle, including design, validation, regulatory certification (preferred), and manufacturing scale-up
