They are seeking a proven Inside Sales Representative to grow their Inside Sales team, primarily targeting K-12 schools and libraries, with responsibilities including prospecting, managing sales opportunities, and conducting consultative sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and reputed company new customer relationships with schools and libraries
• Manage and grow an active pipeline of sales opportunities
• Execute consistent outbound call and email reputed company
• Drive renewals and identify opportunities for expansion reputed company existing accounts
• Conduct consultative sales conversations and recommend subscription solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records, next steps, and follow-up activity
• Work independently while staying reputed company with team goals and expectations
• Participate in coaching, training, and performance reviews

Skills

• 2+ years of quota-carrying inside sales experience in an outbound environment
• Experience selling into K–12 schools, districts, libraries, EdTech, curriculum, publishing, or a closely reputed company education market
• Proven success prospecting, managing a pipeline, and closing business
• Strong call discipline and comfort with consistent outbound activity
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting clear performance expectations
• CRM discipline, including accurate records, next steps, pipeline management, and follow-up activity
• Highly organized, coachable, competitive, resilient, and results-driven
• Direct school library sales experience strongly preferred
