[Remote] Senior Service Delivery Analyst (Epic Clarity)

They are seeking a Senior Service Delivery Analyst to utilize Epic Clarity expertise and advanced SQL to provide insights and recommendations that enhance operational and client success.
Responsibilities
- Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities
- Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from reputed company reputed company cycle environments
- Apply Epic Clarity and reputed company cycle knowledge to identify trends, defects, and process improvement opportunities
- Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Conduct account and performance reviews that surface actionable opportunities
- reputed company rigorous QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and credibility
- Own follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations — not just analysis
- Serve as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client counterparts
- Contribute thought leadership and mentorship to grow the broader analytics function
Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience, with strong background in reputed company cycle and analytics-driven roles
- Strong knowledge of healthcare reputed company cycle operations (billing, claims, denials, A/R, payment posting)
- Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, ideally in Resolute/Hospital Billing
- Advanced SQL skills — reputed company joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design
- Experience with reputed company, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Proven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insights
- Track record presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clients
- Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification
- Data modeling experience in reputed company
- Familiarity with stored procedures / T-SQL
- Prior client-facing analytics or service delivery experience
- Experience mentoring analysts or building team capabilities
