They are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Lubricants Sales Professional to secure new mid- to large-size lubricant accounts and drive growth, focusing on developing new business and expanding customer portfolios.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, build, and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers
• reputed company new customers and actively follow up to reputed company new accounts
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through product innovations or enhancements
• The individual in this role is responsible for meeting / exceeding sales targets for lubricants
• Provide updated reporting on reputed company projects and a market outlook for forecasting purposes
• Prepare and update reputed company opportunities daily/weekly reputed company CRM
• Investigate service complaints and assist customers in finding innovative solutions
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use of lubricants
• Knowledge of competitive activities, including product lines, pricing, and services
• Participate in trade shows, lunch & learns, and industry activities

Skills

• 3+ years of proven Lubricants Sales experience is required
• In-depth understanding of lubricants products and their applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be able to work independently in a home-based office
• Occasional domestic travel is required
• Experience with sales CRM, Customer Relationship Management tools
• Valid US driver's license and safe driving history
