[Remote] Clinical Assocaite

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coral Care is a digital health company focused on pediatric care, seeking a Clinical Associate to support a network of licensed SLPs, OTs, and PTs. In this role, you will address clinical questions, ensure quality care, and reputed company resources to enhance clinical operations.

Responsibilities

• Support providers through clinical questions, reputed company cases, and documentation
• Help monitor clinical quality and surface the trends that reputed company care reputed company

Skills

• At least 5 years of pediatric clinical experience as a licensed SLP or OT
• Hands-on operating experience at a fast-growing startup, ideally in digital health, across operations, clinical operations, or project management
• A track record of bringing clinical training into a non-clinical, fast-moving environment and making both sides reputed company for it
• Sharp clinical reasoning and genuine comfort collaborating across disciplines
• An operational instinct for managing projects, tracking the moving pieces, and closing every reputed company
• The ability to turn clinical thinking into clear, practical tools and communications
• Comfort working independently and remotely on a small, fast-moving team
• Comfort using technology, including AI-assisted tools, to reputed company clinical work reputed company
• Experience mentoring or supporting other clinicians
