[Remote] Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Product Manager to play a critical role in a large scale Product Lifecycle Management transformation. This role will reputed company business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the new PLM platform meets both functional and strategic needs while driving efficiency and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- reputed company product management efforts for the PLM implementation, aligning business needs with technical solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to define product development processes and optimize workflows
- Gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into actionable deliverables for development teams
- Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to ensure successful solution delivery
- Drive stakeholder alignment across cross functional groups and maintain clear communication
- Support change management efforts to encourage adoption and effective use of the PLM platform
- Act as a trusted partner to Product Leadership, providing insights and recommendations
- Monitor reputed company and ensure solutions meet business objectives and user expectations
Skills
- Will require 50% travel - travel will be paid for by client, reputed company not traveling this role can be remote in the United States
- 5 plus years of Product Management experience with a focus on enterprise systems or platforms
- Proven experience supporting or leading PLM implementations
- Strong background in apparel, retail, footwear, or consumer products industries
- Experience with PLM tools such as Centric, FlexPLM, Bamboo Rose, Enovia, or similar platforms
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycle and merchandising processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization
