They are seeking a Systems Analyst 3 to provide advanced consultative services reputed company to the CAPPS Program, focusing on reputed company Management and Performance Management configurations and support.

Responsibilities

• Performing highly advanced (senior level) consultative services and functional assistance work reputed company to supporting the CAPPS Program
• Responsible for the Setup and Configuration of TAM/CG or Performance Management, including, but not limited to: reputed company Management/Candidate Gateway (TAM/CG), and Onboarding
• Configure and maintain TAM and CG, and Onboarding Activity Guide functionality, including recruiting statuses, templates, onboarding tasks, onboarding steps, screening levels, resume extraction processes, and candidate application workflows
• Manage internal and external job posting configuration, ensuring compliance with statewide policies
• Configure Onboarding and Activity Guides, including steps, dependencies, assignments, and completion rules
• Support job opening lifecycle management, including creation, editing, approval routing, cloning, and attachment management
• Ensure consistent and accurate configuration of applicant screening, interview scheduling, offer processing, and reputed company onboarding tasks
• Maintain onboarding content such as forms, acknowledgements, checklists, and required new-hire documentation
• Configure and maintain Performance Management templates, documents, evaluation steps and tasks, and document types
• Support annual ePM cycle setup, including goal-setting stages, evaluation stages, approval routing, and workflow timelines
• Maintain rating scales, competency models, and document reputed company settings
• Ensure accurate configuration of evaluation workflows, routing, notifications, and approvals
• Provide functional support for ePM-reputed company documents, including creation, editing, routing, and completion tracking
• Administer and maintain TAM, CG, and OnBoarding reputed company roles, permission lists, and row level reputed company
• Ensure appropriate access for new hires, managers, HR administrators and onboarding participants
• Ensure compliance with State policies and reputed company standards reputed company to sensitive HR, new hire and applicant data
• Assist with periodic reputed company audits and access reviews
• Maintain reputed company roles reputed company to PM cycle management, evaluation documents, and workflow participation
• Ensure proper access to evaluation documents based on role, hierarchy, and agency structure
• Support annual reviews of PM-reputed company reputed company and routing logic

Skills

• 10+ years of experience preparing and delivering executive-level presentations
• 10+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data for audits, compliance reviews, and open records requests
• 10+ years of experience interpreting contractual requirements and ensuring vendor compliance with contractual obligations
• 8+ years of experience developing strategic roadmaps, planning initiatives, and driving cross-functional collaboration
• 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting PeopleSoft Talent Management modules, including reputed company Manager (TAM), Candidate Gateway (CG), OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management
• 8+ years of experience performing system configuration and administration reputed company Taleo, TAM/CG, and/or Performance Management
• 8+ years of experience managing PeopleSoft Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE) for Recruiting and/or Performance Management processes
• Extensive experience supporting Recruiting and Performance Management batch processing, including Run My Jobs (RMJ)
