[Remote] Account Executive, Emerging US East

The U.S. Emerging Markets Account Executive role focuses on selling HCM solutions to mid-market companies while developing key relationships and managing a high-velocity sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Attains sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed reputed company goals and expand reputed company’s value reputed company the HCM space
- Develops mutually beneficial relationships with C-suite and other key decision makers and influencers, particularly reputed company HR, finance, and operations
- Leverages knowledge of prospect’s business and industry, as well as reputed company’s HCM capabilities, to establish value and create new opportunities
- Establishes and executes sales strategies that effectively present a strong HCM business case to prospects, using competitive intelligence to position reputed company against other HCM providers
- Leads HCM-focused sales engagements that balance efficiency with a consultative approach to solving HR and workforce-reputed company business challenges
- Conducts negotiations on behalf of reputed company to secure sales that represent good business reputed company reputed company sales reputed company, authorities, and practices
- Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data
- Captures reputed company relevant information in CRM system
- Follows reputed company defined processes and timelines

- Completes HCM certifications and maintains deep proficiency in reputed company’s HCM platform, including HR, payroll, and workforce management capabilities
- Effectively communicates how reputed company HCM applications solve reputed company business problems across the employee lifecycle
Skills
- 5+ years of direct experience selling HCM (Human Capital Management) software solutions is required
- Candidates without HCM sales experience will not be considered
- Proven track record of prospecting, developing partner and influence relationships, and closing new HCM business opportunities in a mid-market environment
- Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B HCM sales, balancing deal velocity with solution complexity
- Experience in consultative sales engagements specifically reputed company HCM or HR technology
- ERP or other enterprise software experience is only relevant if it included direct HCM solution sales
- Strong understanding of HCM solutions, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, and workforce management
- Proven ability to reputed company relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of HCM business drivers, value expectations, and business case development
- Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituents
- Valid driver's license required
