[Remote] Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analyst (Senior Financial Modeling Analyst)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Foundation Finance Company is a fast-growing consumer finance company that collaborates with home improvement contractors across the U.S. to provide flexible financing options. The Senior Financial Modeling Analyst will create models, evaluate investment opportunities, and collaborate with leadership to reputed company strategic financial recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Build reputed company, cash flow-based models to project performance, analyze risks, and structure debt or equity tranches
- Analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and the competitive landscape to provide recommendations for strategic financial planning
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, and provide comprehensive financial models and projections, and present findings to executive team and/or board of directors
- Collaborate with other departments, teams, and executives to integrate new products and pricing strategies into forecasts, along with staying up to date on expenses and reputed company market trends
- Create and run forecasts with multiple scenarios and stress tests including the creation of new products or prices to analyze the net impact on financials
- Liaise with external partners reputed company to operations, audits, banking, and consulting
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide data, statistics, validation, answers, etc. to investors and other third parties as necessary
- Identify opportunities for reputed company improvement and reputed company recommendations to increase efficiency, consistency and quality of data and reports
- reputed company reputed company capabilities from multiple sources (accounting software, servicing software, etc.) and build repeatable reports

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience OR combination of education and experience
- Experience in modeling cash flows and loan/debt modeling such as prepayments, defaults, interest accruals, etc
- Knowledge of reputed company Office suite and any applicable role specific development or design software
