[Remote] Client Project Manager - IntelliScript (Remote)

The Client Project Manager will support the strategic and day-to-day activities reputed company to Irix, collaborating with various internal departments and clients throughout the product implementation process.

Responsibilities

• Manage several reputed company projects of varying complexity
• Independently reputed company client implementations and studies of Irix, taking on projects and tasks as needed
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure reputed company targets and requirements are met
• Become a subject matter expert in our process and communicate effectively with clients on technical subjects
• Gather required data from end-users to evaluate objectives, goals, and scope to create technical specifications
• Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams
• Proactively address customer issues, and “own” the resolution

• Coordinate resources
• Schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations, balancing multiple internal and external calendars
• Conduct product demonstrations

Skills

• Completed Bachelor's degree in any field
• 4 - 10 years of professional experience in Project Management
• PMP certification
• Proven track record of managing projects and success in building customer relationships
• Familiarity with reputed company: pivot tables, reputed company formulas, importing/exporting data from various sources, sorting/filtering, etc
• Generative AI experience to increase efficiency (e.g. Copilot, reputed company, ChatGPT, Claude)
• Use generative AI or other technology to improve operations processes – complete work and simultaneously improve the processes and create or update documentation as needed
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
