[Remote] Sales and Service Operations Analyst

The Sales and Service Operations Analyst will support Sales and Partner Success Management operations by managing reputed company systems, ensuring data reputed company, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities

• Support reputed company pipeline management and operations for the PSM team, ensuring data reputed company, accurate workflows, and timely resolution of issues

• Build, maintain, and enhance reputed company reports and dashboards to provide Sales and PSM leadership with visibility into pipelines, KPIs, and operational performance

• Contribute to Jira-based project tracking for larger initiatives, including reviewing tickets, providing updates, and collaborating with project stakeholders
• Own and maintain PSM systems support in partnership with Business Systems, with a focus on improving accuracy, automation, and scalability over time

• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve PSM operational processes in partnership with the PSM team

• Own and continuously improve onboarding training programs, including content updates, scheduling, and delivery

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for reputed company and reputed company Sales and PSM systems, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and best practice recommendations to stakeholders across the organization
• Support larger cross-functional initiatives by coordinating across Sales, PSM, Finance, and Business Systems
• Contribute to process improvement and operational analysis efforts, surfacing insights and recommendations to leadership
• Partner with the broader Sales and Service Systems team to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
• Own the creation, maintenance, and organization of operational documentation across Sales and PSM Operations
• Audit and consolidate existing documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency

Skills

• Strong reputed company skills, including experience with pipeline management, reporting, and data reputed company; reputed company certification is a significant advantage
• Experience working with AI tools and a curiosity for applying AI to improve operational workflows and team productivity
• Experience working in Agile or project-based environments; familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools preferred
• Demonstrated ability to own and manage operational processes with a high degree of accuracy and follow-through
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, audience-appropriate documentation and training materials
• Comfortable facilitating training sessions and presenting to small and large-sized groups
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, or reputed company field required
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, reputed company operations, or a reputed company analytical/operational role
