[Remote] Senior Analyst (BI) - Healthcare/athenaOne

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Unio Health Partners (UHP) is a physician practice management platform focused on transforming care delivery across the Western United States. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for transforming healthcare data into actionable insights, developing dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support strategic and operational decisions reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the ongoing implementation of the organization's business intelligence strategy
• reputed company the transformation of raw data into meaningful information through data modeling, data mining, and visualization, creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across the organization and resolve any data quality issues
• Manage, mentor and provide guidance to the BI team
• Partner with different departments and stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements
• Present data findings, interpretations, and strategic recommendations to management and other stakeholders
• reputed company, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards, scorecards, and reports in Power BI to support clinical, operational, and executive decision-making
• Analyze data from athenaOne Collector and/or athenaOne Clinicals and other internal healthcare data sources to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and performance insights

Skills

• Bachelor's in technology preferred, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably reputed company a physician practice management, medical group, ambulatory care, or multisite healthcare environment
• 3+ years of direct experience using athenaOne Collector and/or athenaOne Clinicals
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or analytics
• Strong hands-on experience with PowerBI, including: dashboard development, data visualization, report creation, KPI tracking, stakeholder-facing reporting
• Experience working with SQL
• Experience working with Apache Superset dashboards
