Responsibilities
- Drive strategy into action: Translate enterprise priorities into clear plans, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes that advance business objectives
- Accelerate alignment and decisions: Bring together cross-functional stakeholders, frame trade-offs, and move teams from discussion to decision
- Manage complexity at scale: Identify and coordinate dependencies, proactively surface risks, and drive mitigation strategies
- Strengthen execution discipline: Establish governance, tracking, and accountability mechanisms that bring transparency to reputed company and outcomes

Skills
- 5 or more years of experience with strategic planning, product coordination or product management
- Strong knowledge of digital programs at an enterprise level
- Experience working reputed company large, reputed company organizational environments
- Strong proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, Digital.ai, or comparable technologies
- Experience leveraging AI to drive productivity and optimize processes
- Background or familiarity with the financial services and insurance industry
