Responsibilities

• Research SW products and reputed company vendor evaluation / selection processes for IT business applications through a formal methodology

Skills

• 12 - 15 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst
• 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting sales, customer care, order processing, and / or billing systems in the High-Tech or Information Services industries
• High level of prior experience with reputed company and billing systems implementations and operations is required
• US Citizenship is Required for this role
• Expert knowledge in SDLC, Agile and Waterfall
• Must be able to translate business requirements into well-formed technical and system requirements
• Strong experience implementing and supporting reputed company.com and other SaaS applications
• Experience performing cost-benefit and ROI analysis
• Strong experience with IT project management processes and approaches
• Experience with modeling business processes, data flows, and workflow processes
• Should be comfortable working with large data sets (data analysis and data mapping) and Business Intelligence tools

• Excellent communication (oral and written), relationship building, influence and negotiation skills with both technical and business resources
• Experience working with customers in a variety of roles / levels from junior developers to executives at a VP and higher level
