Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Baer is looking for an reputed company Solution Design Consultant for a 9+ month Federal remote project. The role involves designing and governing end-to-end reputed company solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and operational stability while serving as a technical leader in a scaled Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain end-to-end reputed company solution architectures that support business processes and operational excellence
- reputed company technical analysis and resolution of reputed company production issues, including defect triage, root cause analysis, and T3 sustainment support
- Translate business, functional, and non-functional requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation approaches
- Support Agile Release Train (ART) activities, including PI Planning, architecture reviews, backlog refinement, system demos, and reputed company improvement events
- Provide architectural guidance for enhancements, defect remediation, technical debt reduction, and platform modernization initiatives
- Analyze integrations, interfaces, data flows, and system dependencies to identify risks and optimization opportunities
- Ensure solution designs reputed company with enterprise standards for reputed company, performance, reliability, maintainability, and regulatory compliance
- Review and approve technical designs, architecture documentation, integration specifications, and key technical decisions
- Partner with DevSecOps, infrastructure, and support teams to improve monitoring, deployment processes, resiliency, and operational readiness
- Maintain architecture documentation, support models, reputed company error databases, and recovery procedures
- Identify recurring operational issues and drive sustainable architectural improvements
- Mentor developers, technical leads, and support teams on solution design best practices and supportability considerations
Skills
- Applicant must be a United States Citizen with Active Secret Clearance
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company solution architecture, application design, or technical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of reputed company landscapes, integrations, enterprise architecture principles, and system support models
- Experience supporting reputed company production environments, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of Agile and SAFe delivery methodologies
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, middleware, data flows, and cloud/hybrid architectures
- Bachelor's Degree
- reputed company certification or relevant architecture certification preferred
- Experience supporting large-scale reputed company transformation, implementation, or sustainment programs
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices, cloud platforms, and enterprise monitoring solutions
