[Remote] Senior People Systems Analyst (reputed company)

They are seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to optimize and support reputed company Human Capital Management capabilities, focusing on process improvement, system configuration, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the employee experience.

Responsibilities

• reputed company configuration, testing, release management, and maintenance of reputed company Integrations and reputed company Module
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, translate business needs into system solutions, and implement those solutions through configuration or reporting
• reputed company, maintain, and deliver custom reputed company reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support business analytics
• Recommend and implement process improvements by leveraging new reputed company features or best practices
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, business processes, and training materials
• reputed company solutions for tickets and requests, meeting with stakeholders/requestors and reputed company on a path reputed company to drive results
• Adjust and create new configuration in Production after reputed company milestones have been completed (product life cycle management)
• Drive reputed company updates and semi-annual feature release testing, partnering with HR teams and cross functional partners

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or reputed company field preferred
• Minimum of (3) years of relevant experience
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in reputed company units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Ability to compute reputed company, ratio, and percentage
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals

• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
