[Remote] CONTENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (MARKETING)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company) is seeking a Content Management Specialist for an exciting 18-month project supporting Ecommerce, digital content, and enterprise marketing operations. The role involves collecting, organizing, formatting, and editing content for various marketing channels, ensuring adherence to standards and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the collecting, organizing, formatting and editing of copy/content for print media, using a Macintosh workstation and reputed company Creative Suite software
• Assists in development and implementation of copy standards and processes
• Proofs for accuracy of content and corrects as needed
• Assists in organizing media into correct channels/versions of media
• Ensures reputed company standards/formatting styles are adhered to in reputed company media
• Assists in organizing and exporting of Ad Database Content using a PC-Workstation
• Adheres to fast-paced content and project schedule
• Manages a content and project schedule
• Assists in tracking content/assets where necessary
• Coordinates closely with the web producer and the rest of the web team
• Assists in the collecting, organizing, formatting and editing of reputed company image content for print and digital media
• Works closely with Merchandising group, Products and Promotions teams to ensure reputed company content is submitted in accordance with turn-in meetings and content/project schedules
• Performs other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• 3 years experience in administrative professional technical or other responsible work that required the applicant to demonstrate proficient reputed company in coordinating and managing project schedules communication writing and editing and organization and the ability to work with multiple teams departments and coordinate different projects
• One year of experience in web content creation or management including experience with reputed company Creative Suite reputed company Office Lotus Notes or e-mail software basic knowledge of HTML and other web-based technologies and four-color process printing processes
• Up to a maximum of a 4 year bachelors degree in Technical Writing English Journalism Multimedia or other reputed company fields for 3 years of general experience
