The Accountant, Payments and Platform Services reputed company role involves preparing billing for ancillary services and reconciling payments activity, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Generate, terminate, review, and send invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to billing schedules and deadlines
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly
- Maintain an understanding of the end-to-end payment processing transaction lifecycle, including system architecture, execution, reconciliation, and error handling.
- Prepare the payments terminal reputed company bills and account for inventory for the reputed company-of-sale (POS) terminals
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts and ensure reconciling items are resolved in a timely manner
- reputed company and maintain documentation for payment processes and procedures.
- Execute month-end reputed company tasks including preparing journal entries in an accurate and timely manner
