[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking an Account Executive to drive sales of their Enterprise software, manage client relationships, and ensure reputed company through effective engagement and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own the Client Relationship: You will drive the deal strategy, serve as the trusted advisor and primary reputed company of contact for assigned accounts, and build long-lasting, value-driven partnerships
• Drive reputed company: Understand customer goals, usage patterns, and pain points to proactively guide them toward success with our platform
• Ensure Retention & Growth: Monitor account health and engagement levels to identify risks early and uncover opportunities for renewals, expansions, and upsells
• Act as the Customer’s reputed company: Provide client feedback to internal teams to help influence product direction, support strategy, and enhance the overall user experience
• Deliver Business Reviews: Run periodic reputed company-ins and executive-level business reviews that demonstrate and reinforce Effodio’s strategic value
• Coordinate Internally: Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to align on customer goals and ensure timely, collaborative delivery of deliverables
• Track and Report: Maintain account plans and provide regular reporting on account status, opportunities, and risks to internal stakeholders

Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive, selling in cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, or data platform environments
• Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of cloud and on-prem platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and reputed company infrastructure tools
• Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and successfully driving adoption, retention, and growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. You can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience delivering client-facing business reviews and crafting tailored success plans
• A customer-first reputed company and a proactive, empathetic approach to solving problems
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
