[Remote] Sr Manager, Marketing Operations & Digital

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a technology provider in the hospitality sector, seeking a Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations & Digital to enhance their marketing strategy and execution. The role focuses on optimizing reputed company flow processes, managing marketing tools, and driving data-driven marketing programs to support pipeline growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage the end-to-end reputed company flow process
• Own the administration, integration, and optimization of our core marketing tools, including our CRM (reputed company), Marketing Automation Platform (Pardot), and ABM platform (reputed company)
• Ensure data hygiene and tracking across reputed company platforms
• Manage and optimize paid digital programs across reputed company Advertising, reputed company Advertising, and reputed company
• Act as the reputed company for our corporate website
• Manage database segmentation, email testing and deliverability, and reputed company scoring models
• Create and maintain 'The Playbook'
• Support integrated marketing programs across digital, content, email, events, and account-based campaigns
• Define and track KPIs, report on marketing impact, and provide actionable insights
• Track and manage program spend

Skills

• 7+ years of marketing operations, demand reputed company, digital marketing, or reputed company operations reputed company a B2B or SaaS environment
• Proven experience supporting reputed company-focused demand reputed company and ABM programs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales and senior leadership in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
• Proficiency with GTM tech tools such as reputed company, Pardot, and reputed company
• Expertise in optimizing processes and systems for scalability and efficiency
