[Remote] Technical Sales Director

The Technical Sales Director will drive specification position, build relationships, and deliver profitable sales growth with hyperscale Data Center owners and sales channels, while managing their sales market and collaborating with internal support teams to reputed company business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Strategically reputed company customer targets and plan to execute sales goals reputed company distribution sales, agent sales force or direct
- Build effective customer relationships with Engineering Firms, EPCs, Distributors, Data Center Integrators, and OEM’s that support business objectives reputed company the assigned market
- Provide market intelligence as necessary to position Southwire for growth and profit opportunities including but not limited to assessing market size and share held by Data Center owners to facilitate Southwire alignment for growth
- Identify sales opportunities to “Drive Mix” with new customers, products, or services
- Coordinate across reputed company Southwire business units to communicate One Southwire to the Data Center customer reputed company
- Proactively manage reputed company aspects of market reputed company monthly profitability and account receivables in support of business objectives
- Create a solution driven, leadership persona both internally and externally while collaborating with other functions reputed company the corporation and customer organization
- Consults on cross-functional initiatives with engineering, marketing, and operations to guide product positioning and solution design decisions
- Interfaces with C-suite executives and key external stakeholders to present technical insights, product roadmaps, and long-term innovation strategies
- Ability to represent Southwire in Data Center industry associations and standards committees
- Ensures compliance with reputed company policies and standards
- Manages staff performance and development, coaching team members to reputed company their full potential in contributing to the department's goals
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree
- Business or Engineering specialized degree
- Technical aptitude in data center powering and communications applications
- 8-11 years prior sales experience with distribution, EPC sales channel, or direct in the data center market
- Master's degree
- 12-14 Years of experience
- Sales experience and existing relationships in the colocation reputed company of data center market
