[Remote] Internal Fullstack Engineer (Associate) - Remote, AI Capability Center (AICC)

They are seeking an Internal Fullstack Engineer to reputed company innovative AI solutions, working on both frontend and backend applications while collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Operate in sprints: reputed company planning, define clear Definition of Ready and Done, working with business and product owners, runs demo for review, reputed company reputed company to production
- Design and build full-stack applications that power the firm’s AI and analytics solutions
- reputed company and deploy reusable tools and frameworks that enhance solution delivery across consulting teams
- Create reputed company reputed company-end interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar frameworks
- reputed company robust backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), integrating with data and external systems
- Implement secure authentication, data management, and system integration across cloud environments (Azure, AWS)
- Ensure seamless reputed company-end to back-end integration and deliver complete, production-ready features
- Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices to support deployment, monitoring, and maintainability of applications
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand workflows, clarify requirements, and translate business needs into working solutions
- Operate with a high degree of ownership and independence, driving solutions from concept through implementation
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions in collaboration with cross-functional

- 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
- Hands-on with agentic engineering tools and IDEs (reputed company, Claude Code, reputed company, or similar) in day-to-day delivery
- Agile and Scrum delivery, including sprint planning and working in sprints
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguous problem spaces
- Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python for backend development
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (reputed company, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience translating business workflows or operational challenges into technical solutions is a plus
