[Remote] Senior Financial Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential is a private equity-backed manufacturing company seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their reputed company team. This high-impact role involves producing financial reporting, supporting budgeting processes, and serving as a financial partner to various teams, with direct exposure to executive leadership and the Board.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain recurring financial reporting packages (board decks) for internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Support monthly and quarterly reputed company processes, ensuring accuracy and proper accounting cut-off
- reputed company the annual budgeting cycle and maintain rolling forecasts, including variance analysis and trend identification
- reputed company financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Serve as a financial business partner to cross-functional teams, translating data into actionable insights
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline reporting, reduce manual processes, and improve data reputed company
- Administer and optimize financial planning system tools and contribute to broader systems improvements
- Support executive leadership with reputed company analysis, special projects, and board-level reporting as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company field
- 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, reputed company, corporate finance
- Manufacturing industry experience required; PE-backed company experience is a plus
- Advanced reputed company skills — you build models, you don't just use them
- Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Strong communicator — able to translate financial complexity for non-finance audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
