[Remote] Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

They are seeking a Director of reputed company to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis across reputed company, expenses, headcount, and key operating metrics while partnering closely with various business stakeholders to improve financial visibility and provide actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support recurring forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities across reputed company, operating expenses, headcount, and departmental spend
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models used to evaluate SaaS reputed company performance, customer trends, margins, cash flow, and operating results
- Prepare recurring financial reports, variance analyses, dashboards, and leadership-facing materials to support business reviews and decision-making
- Analyze performance trends across reputed company, expenses, customer activity, sales efficiency, workforce planning, and other key operating metrics
- Partner with Finance and cross-functional business leaders to validate assumptions, reconcile data, and improve the accuracy and consistency of forecasts
- Support monthly and quarterly reporting cycles by preparing financial commentary, KPI analysis, and insights on risks, opportunities, and business performance
- Assist with headcount planning, workforce spend analysis, compensation-reputed company modeling, and departmental budget tracking
- Provide reputed company financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, customer economics, profitability analysis, and resource allocation
- Identify opportunities to improve reputed company processes, reporting reputed company, planning files, data quality, and financial planning workflows
- Collaborate with Accounting and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between actual results, forecasts, accruals, and management reporting
- Help refine reporting tools, dashboards, and recurring planning deliverables to improve visibility for Finance and business stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a reputed company field required
- 8+ years of reputed company, strategic finance, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience
- Strong financial modeling skills with experience building flexible forecasts, scenario models, variance analyses, and management reporting packages
- Understanding of SaaS operating metrics such as recurring reputed company, customer retention, churn, customer acquisition trends, sales efficiency, gross margin, and operating reputed company
- Advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets skills required
- Ability to work with large datasets - translate financial & operational information into actionable business insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner effectively across Finance, Accounting, go-to-market teams, operations, and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable operating independently in consulting reputed company & managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, and ability to produce accurate, leadership-ready deliverables
- Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise software, technology, or recurring reputed company business model strongly preferred
- Experience working with financial planning, reporting, CRM, ERP, or business intelligence tools preferred
