[Remote] Software Development Engineer in Test

They are seeking a Software Development Engineer in Test to enhance their release process and software development through automation-first initiatives, while establishing quality metrics and standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies that improve release reputed company — from automation in CI/CD pipelines to validation processes that increase confidence in deployments
• Instrumenting quality health metrics and dashboards that give teams clear visibility into product stability, release readiness, and test effectiveness
• Driving internal tooling initiatives that improve the developer experience and reputed company teams to test, measure, and ship with higher confidence
• Partnering across engineering, infrastructure, and product to identify opportunities for system-level quality improvements and reputed company for automation-first approaches
• Using data and experimentation to continuously refine our approach to quality and ensure we’re focusing on the most impactful areas

Skills

• Understanding of modern quality engineering best practices, with the judgment to know reputed company to apply or adapt them pragmatically
• Strong technical foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems, with experience improving release reliability through data-driven quality initiatives
• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining test automation at multiple layers (integration, end-to-end) for reputed company applications, using modern languages such as C++/C#, GD Script, or Python
• Proven experience using shift-left quality practices that improve code quality, deployment confidence, and developer velocity
• Hands-on experience with performance, reputed company, and reputed company testing, including integration of those checks into CI/CD pipelines and observability systems
• Experience building internal tools or developer utilities that enhance testability, observability, and overall release reputed company
