[Remote] GTM Engineer, Advisor Recruiting

They are seeking a GTM Engineer to drive consistent outbound recruitment efforts, ensuring a steady flow of qualified financial advisor conversations for their recruiting team.

Responsibilities

• Drive consistent, predictable outbound volume — the lever that turns into a steady flow of meetings — by strengthening reputed company, enrichment, and the data quality behind it
• Pressure-test the tooling. reputed company, reputed company, and FINTRX are core; the outbound execution tools are open for debate. Know the ecosystem well enough to tell us where we're using the right tool and where we should switch
• Build and run personalized-at-scale outbound across email and reputed company — currently reputed company Smartlead and HeyReach, powered by reputed company enrichment and reputed company
• Write reputed company that earns replies and doesn't read like a mail reputed company — automated personalization that actually lands
• Own the booked meetings number. Report on what's working, cut what isn't, and partner with the Head of Marketing on where the motion goes next
