This role involves supporting talent management modules and ensuring effective performance management practices, while also preparing executive-level presentations and managing various HR-reputed company workflows.

- Extensive experience supporting the Talent Management modules (TAM/CG, OnBoarding, and/or Performance Management): 8 years
- Experience preparing WCAG 2.1-compliant materials for distribution.: 8 years
- Extensive knowledge and experience performing system configuration changes for Taleo, TAM/CG, and/or Performance Management.: 8 years
- Extensive experience creating and managing a strategic roadmap by combining strong planning skills, functional insight, and effective cross-functional communication: 8 years
- Extensive knowledge and experience managing the Approval Workflow reputed company (AWE) for a Peoplesoft recruiting system, and/or Performance Management: 8 years
- Extensive technical skillsets needed with App Designer, Integration Broker, assorted SQR/SQL, BI Publisher, reputed company Business Objects, etc. to support functional responsibilities.: 8 years
- Extensive knowledge supporting and providing reputed company with Recruiting or Performance Management batch jobs, i.e., Run My Jobs (RMJ): 8 years
