[Remote] Senior Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a growing nonprofit human services organization seeking an reputed company Senior Recruiter to support hiring initiatives across multiple programs and service lines. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for various positions, including frontline staff and leadership roles, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of positions, including Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), residential staff, case managers, clinicians, program managers, directors, and leadership roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and reputed company effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
• reputed company passive and active candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels
• Conduct phone screens and interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present top talent to hiring teams
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions
• Guide hiring managers through the recruitment process and provide market insight on talent availability and compensation trends
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial reputed company through onboarding
• Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill goals
• Support employer branding and workforce development initiatives

Skills

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting reputed company healthcare, behavioral reputed company, nonprofit, IDD, residential services, or reputed company industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success recruiting for both high-volume frontline positions and professional-level roles
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies
• Experience recruiting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), caregivers, behavioral health staff, residential staff, case managers, or similar positions preferred
