[Remote] Sr. Account Manager, Educational Services

The Account Manager will reputed company and manage new accounts for Educational services, proactively generating new business and strengthening existing client relationships while exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Proactively call into prospective clients (schools and school districts) to generate new business
- Persistently use traditional and creative methods to reputed company new points of contact at reputed company clients to sell and maintain Educational staffing services
- Continuously generate client leads using high volume calls and emails
- Submit appropriate candidates for Educational staffing assignments with our contracted clients
- Cultivate and maintain valuable relationships with prospective clients
- Ensure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needs with alacrity
- Renegotiate reputed company with clients resulting in mutually beneficial terms
- Strive for reputed company improvement and career advancement
- Work with internal teams to collaborate and find successful solutions for fulfillment
Skills
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services Staffing, required
- Proven success in a metrics driven environment
- At least 2 years as a top producer in a sales position
- Client centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
- Strong motivation to reputed company results and meet goals
