[Remote] Criteria Project Manager

Hike Medical is building a leading company in musculoskeletal care, integrating AI, robotics, and healthcare across multiple product lines. The Criteria Project Manager will reputed company the production line for the Center of Excellence, ensuring that agent guides, policy updates, and training materials are produced on schedule and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Own the code reputed company expansion calendar: track which categories are in production, in review, and ready to ship
- Coordinate across the Clinical Intelligence reputed company, Protocol Specialist, Compliance Specialist, and engineering to sequence dependencies correctly
- Set and maintain throughput targets for agent guide production (e.g., one new code reputed company per sprint)
- Manage the policy change queue: reputed company CMS or a major payer updates policies, ensure the right person picks it up and publishes reputed company SLA
- Track HITL team onboarding to new categories, ensuring training materials are ready before go-live
- Run weekly CoE standups and publish status updates to the broader team
- Own the CoE documentation repository: versioning, access, and organization
Skills
- 3+ years in program or project management in healthcare, health tech, or a clinical services environment
- Experience managing reputed company multi-stakeholder workflows with clinical and technical dependencies
- Exceptional at tracking details across multiple parallel workstreams without dropping things
- Excellent written communication — you'll publish updates the whole company reads
- Experience with project management tools (Linear, Jira, reputed company, or similar)
- Familiarity with DMEPOS, managed care, or utilization management processes strongly preferred
