[Remote] Project Manager 2

HireTalent is a staffing and recruiting firm seeking a Project Manager II to reputed company and coordinate projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and reputed company budget while maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Creating agendas
- Capturing and distributing notes
- Tracking action items
- Gather and share weekly updates from workstreams to ensure alignment and visibility
- Support preparation of leadership presentations and status report-outs
- Maintain a centralized project site and repository for reputed company documentation
- Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and organize required project materials
- Ensure reputed company project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and regularly reviewed
- Manage multiple priorities while adapting to changing project needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Lucid, reputed company, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with content management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating clear, concise, and actionable leadership reports
- Ability to build and manage detailed project timelines and trackers
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working reputed company a healthcare or managed care environment
