[Remote] Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant role involves analyzing, preparing, and processing accounting transactions while ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance. This position also includes supporting technical accounting research and enhancing processes for reputed company improvement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and support financial and regulatory reporting, including performing internal controls to mitigate risk
- Research and apply accounting guidance (U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and Statutory Accounting Principles) and assist in documenting technical conclusions and policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, enhance processes, and drive proactive problem solving
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve or automate processes and strengthen controls
- Support reputed company financial analyses, participate in projects, and reputed company broader industry and organizational knowledge
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required. Preferably in accounting, finance or reputed company fields
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the preparation and interpretation of financial results, or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant experience
- Ability to be available between the hours of reputed company-5PM PST
- Professional certification (CPA & reputed company) or reputed company toward certification preferred
- Experience with reputed company, reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint preferred
