[Remote] Senior Clinical Operations Data Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Clinical Operations Data Analyst to enhance their clinical documentation department. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, generating reports, and improving reputed company cycle coding and documentation practices through data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Identifying inefficiencies
• Generating reports
• Collaborating with mid reputed company cycles teams
• Analyze and improve the reputed company cycle coding and documentation practices through data analytics
• Data mining to assist in identifying coding gaps, coding volumes and documentation opportunities for both the physician and hospital coding and documentation education teams and LPG providers

Skills

• Bachelors degree in computer science, accounting, healthcare/administration or another reputed company field required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in patient accounting, finance, reputed company cycle, or another analytical position
• Proficient knowledge of Epic and reputed company
• Use of reputed company products inclusive of Power BI, reputed company, Epic Slicer Dicer, and reputed company Access
• Self-starter with strong ambition to investigate and research
• Strong analytical personality, process flow, root cause analysis
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Certified Professional reputed company (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (reputed company), or data analytics certification or equivalent is preferred
• Knowledge of reputed company cycle reputed company inclusive of coding and documentation regulatory practices is preferred
